Life Choices is a Public Benefit Organisation – all donations are tax deductible.

Section 18A certificates are provided once your donation has been received. For this we require the following information:

* Full name or Company name
* ID number or Registration number
* Address
* Income Tax number
* Telephone
* Email address

Email your details and proof of payment or to Innocent Masayira at innocent@lifechoices.co.za or call him on 021 696 4157.

Once your donation has been received, we will then send you a Section 18A certificate and thank you note.

Please note that Life Choices does not accept cash donations – it will only accept financial donations that are made into its bank account.

Please note that SARS regulations regarding the issuing of Section 18A certificates for in-kind donations require that we get independent quotes for a good(s). By law, the Section 18A certificate must reflect the lowest market value for the good(s), excluding VAT.

All donations-in-kind receive a donation-in-kind receipt and letter of gratitude.
