If you don’t have a MySchool MyVillage MyPlanet card yet, simply apply for your free card (www.myschool.co.za OR in a shop) and select Life Choices as your beneficiary. Once you start swiping your card, Life Choices will start receiving funds.

If you already have a MySchool MyVillage MyPlanet card but would like to change your beneficiary or add Life Choices, simply call the Client Service Centre on 0860100445 or email them at cs@myschool.co.za – there is no need to get a new card.
